What is Ayun Movement

Ayun Movement is a Leadership Embodiment program that offers nurturing movement-based experiences to inspire individuals to lead with authenticity, influence with integrity, and affect change with humility and courage.

What We Do

Our vision is guided by two founding principles within the Mapuche tradition, one of the greatest Ancient Civilisations of the South of Chile: Conscious Speaking and Conscious Action. To embody these principles we take you through a process of self discovery of who you are, to clarify a vision of yourself, who you wish to become, and the future you wish to create in your personal and productive life.

Dance, movement and music are fundamental tools of engagement we incorporate during our breakout sessions. As part of our healthy and sustainable lifestyle philosophy, we create a safe environment where individual expression is encouraged and nurtured.

Why We Do It

In the Mapuche culture, they advocate for human dignity, respect, and diversity. For them, it is our differences that sustains the universe, and the more you give of yourself to others, the more you are valued.

The world needs mindful leaders with the courage to step into the unknown where they can create new possibilities for future generations. To become the best version of ourselves, to embody the values we most identify with requires practice, tools, and skills that must be developed in our every day life. This personal work can only be driven by a deep sense of commitment, self love, self respect, and a strong vision of oneself. Awareness, Understanding, Practice, Embodiment.

Our methodology will guide you to:

  • Become attuned with yourself, your body and your mental attitudes

  • Identify areas of improvement in yourself, and address them productively to turn them into powerful leadership attributes

  • Manage your emotional states effectively to be present; a foundational principle to build a culture of trust in organisations and groups you lead

  • Envision yourself with clarity

  • Lead with empathy for those you serve and those you lead.

  • Be a catalyst for a collaborative environment where ideas are freely shared and individuals feel valued

Who We do it for

We have crossed paths with people from all over the world. Regardless of their origins, languages, and ethnicities, at their deepest core, all of them are in a constant process of becoming.

We recognise this universal process of self discovery and invite anyone, who is committed to their own personal growth, to be part of our programs. In particular to young people coming out of high school and entering into higher levels of education; young professionals wishing to develop their leadership skills to make a greater impact in their communities; Creatives (artists, musicians, dancers) who understand the importance of movement as an essential tool for self discovery; Care givers and family members who care for others with special needs; women professionals in search of creative ways to contribute to the world; organisational leaders seeking to support the people they lead so they can become more effective in supporting the people they serve.

Gratitude, kindness, empathy and compassion are at the core of all of our activities.

Love is our guide.
